At the end of the session, she did facial therapy using electro-stimulation on the left side of my face and head. Afterward, I had a strange feeling that something was stuck up my nose. Fast forward to New Year’s Eve—two months later—I blew my nose forcefully and to my absolute shock, a nasal splint came out from my left nostril. It turns out I had two nasal splints in my nose from a 2016 surgery, and somehow, no one—including multiple doctors—had ever discovered it in the last 8 years.
While I wasn’t able to pursue legal action due to time limitations and lack of permanent damage, I’m just so grateful it didn’t turn into something more serious. I genuinely believe Dr. Francis’s intuitive care and that specific therapy played a huge role in bringing this to light. I’m beyond thankful for her work and highly recommend her to anyone.

Frances took the time to explain the process, and throughout the session, she used a variety of techniques that truly gave me in my neck and shoulders. From cupping, which worked to release the built-up tension in my muscles, to red light therapy, which helps reduce inflammation and promote healing, and a vibration table that soothed my entire body. Each method was tailored specifically to my needs.
By the end of the session, I was genuinely shocked at the difference. I could actually turn my head without discomfort—a complete 180 from when I walked in. Not only was my pain significantly reduced, but I also left feeling relaxed, relieved , and much more mobile. It’s incredible how much relief I got in just one session.

I have seen plenty of massage therapists, physical therapists, integrative manual therapy (body work), and sports medicine orthopedic doctors that claim they can treat you and they have done nothing but waste my time, energy, and money.
